Public officials are supposed to be subject to the same laws as the people who elected
them into positions of authority.  When officers who operate under color of law break the
law, they must be punished in like manner as civilians.  The "LAW," however, is not
being uniformly enforced.  A privileged elite are being allowed by local, state and federal
authorities and prosecutors to perpetrate serious crime while the victims, witnesses and
complainants continue to suffer from his atrocious harm and unlawful denial of justice.  
'We the People' are thoroughly disgusted with this outrageous and escalating crime in
government which is running rampant at the local, state and federal levels---and
especially at the federal level.  Things have grown so terrible that now a great many
rogue government officials are literally getting away with murdering Americans!  I
personally am aware of multitudinous murders that have not been investigated and/or
prosecuted...or...have been poorly investigated and/or prosecuted in a manner that
