Ted Gunderson and I have discovered one of the covert means which is being
used by terrorists to murder Americans; one which makes it later appear that
death was caused by natural causes such as stroke, heart attack or cancer. The
"means" I speak up is TOXIC GAS. Domestic terrorists are using a portable-
cannister (i.e., the storage container) attached to their automobiles to feloniously
spray unsuspecting targets with biological or chemical lethal gas as they drive
along the roadways in their private automobile. This gas may be colored blue [as
it was when I was sprayed] or it may be colorless. The victims never realizes that
they have been "dusted"---not even after they begin to suffer severe symptoms
of the gas attack within 12 to 24 hours after they've inhaled the poison particles.
I know what I'm talking about because I am a GAS-ATTACK survivor and I have
first-hand knowledge of how the gas is dispensed and how it damages the body!
Fig. 1 shows how the assassin positions his vehicle directly in front of the
targeted victim. After the poison gas is released, it enters via the air
intake or air conditioner of the victim's automobile. Fig. 2 Illustrates how
the poison gas is released into the exhaust system of the attacker's
vehicle. Fig. 3 shows how an energy beam is projected into the victim's
home. The energy beam apparently aggravates and accelerates the
damage caused by the poison gas. This energy beam can be emitted via
a helicopter, a drone or perhaps even via satellite transmission.
My True Story. A Victim of Torture

On the evening of August 22, 2004, I was unlawfully arrested by the Las
Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) "for doing business
without a license," falsely imprisoned, beaten and, thereafter, brutally
tortured by two rogue officers while in custody. They used a torture
technique which LVMPD officers enthusiastically call "The TWIST." This
form of torture painfully contorts the body of the victim and resembles a
Medieval torture technique called The Strappado. I was tortured for about
ten minutes in a jail cell [the "torture chamber"] where the two rogue
officers pressed me to my knees and laughed and taunted me as they
viciously "TWISTED" me---and appeared to immensely enjoy themselves
as I screamed out in response to the hellish agony I suffered. Had I
attempted to arrest these rogues or fought back---which I had a legal right
to do---I believe I would not be alive today since they would have called
reinforcements into the cell to help them further harm or kill me.
I remain a torture survivor and bona fide federal victim-witness who has
sworn out affidavits; moreover, I'm prepared to further testify to this felony
lawlessness by the LVMPD notwithstanding the true fact I continue to be
unlawfully denied justice. Fortunately, there is no statute of limitations for
torture although this felony crime and human rights violation has been
illegally covered-up by public officials, including Mayor Oscar Goodman,
Clark County Prosecutor David Roger and former Sheriff Bill Young, who
all learned about "The TWIST"---along with other city and county
employees ---but conspired to deny me justice and remedy, a misprision
of felony. I have formally criminally accused these corrupt public officers
under oath but no arrests, discharges or prosecution has yet to occur.
The true fact is, I was innocent of the charge levied against me and I knew
that my Private Christian "Water Rescue" Ministry of giving away free
bottles of ice-cold water to hundreds of thirsty pedestrians on the hot Las
Vegas Boulevard was an exercise of my constitutional right to practice
religious charity and this activity was not a "business" and it certainly did
not require a license. In fact the local prosecutor, David Roger,
promptly threw out the false charge that was illegally levied against
me.
I investigated the torture of arrestees and inmates in the Clark County
Detention Center and learned that the LVMPD routinely tortured other
civilians in the same manner they had me. I filed a $250,000 injury claim
with the City of Las Vegas and the County of Clark. That was the last time
I would be able to pursue justice and civil remedy in Las Vegas because
---coincidentally---after I filed my meritorious claim, I was suddenly being
stalked by SPOOKS who were hellbent on harming or killing me. A
"contract" had evidently been taken out on me by corrupt Las Vegas/Clark
County officials. I was suddenly being unlawfully stalked and spied on by a
crew of gangsters, many of them who had New York license plates or no
plates at all on their automobiles. This SPOOK crew easily hacked into my
cell phone communication and home-office computer. They were able to
know my whereabouts---and every move---at all times.
It was during this period that I was traveling north on interstate 15 toward
Los Angeles when I was deliberately boxed in by three automobiles and
sprayed for approximately 10 to 15 seconds with a blue gas that spewed
from the grey automobile in front of me which entered my car through the
air conditioner. Of course, at the time, I had no idea that I was being
"gassed." But I was very much aware that I had been followed from Las
Vegas and deliberately boxed in. The driver of the car in front who
activated the gas-release into his automobile's exhaust system appeared
to be middle eastern and was on a cell phone the entire time when this
"attack" occurred. The black vehicle to my immediate left that was
keeping me boxed in was driven by a middle eastern woman who wore a
ridiculous bright orange wig. After the gassing was finished both of these
cars sped away at the same time at over 90 mph and I eventually lost sight
of them. However, I continued to be tailed by a silver pick-up truck driven
by a white male. As I intentionally and repeatedly sped up to 75 mph and
slowed down to 50 mph---so did he. I pulled into a rest area and he
followed me, parked about 200 feet behind me and sit in his vehicles
observing me. However, he did not follow me when I left the rest area. My
left leg began to severely cramp up and I began feeling ill.
The next day I was unable to breath normally, coughing up yellow mucous
from my lungs, I suffered severe flu-like symptoms. Ted Gunderson told
me I had been poisoned by gas after hearing my story. My doctor did not
appear to believe me when I told him how I had become so extremely ill.
He put me on antibiotics (shots and pills) and cannister oxygen. Some
nights I could hardly breath and would have to turn up my oxygen. It was as
if my red blood cells could not pick up the oxygen in my lungs. My lungs
felt as if they were heated up hot as an oven. What made these symptoms
worse was that between 2 and 3:30 a.m. every morning for approximately
two weeks I could hear a strange humming noise in the sky directly above
my house and my suffering became worse while this humming sound was
above my home.
Ted Gunderson and I later reasonably surmised that this "humming" and
the severe distress it caused resulted from an energy beam being shot
into my home and this beam aggravated or agitated the poison particles
that were embedded in my lungs from the gas attack. I slowly became
better under my doctor's care over a period of 9 or 10 weeks but even
today [May 8, 2007], I still suffer from the effects of the strange blue gas
that entered my lungs. My scalp has not ceased to leech out orange
crystals since the gas attack. We are saving these for chemical analysis at
a later date.
I discovered a CIA "cutout" company operating from Guatemala where
Ted Gunderson and I believe the poisoned gas was likely produced by this

On two occasions I telephoned my daughter's cell phone from Ted
Gunderson's Las Vegas home-office. She lives in Los Angeles. What I
heard on these two occasions was, first, the sound of a teenage girl
screaming in agony...followed by Satanic Chanting. I believe the
screaming was actual live "snuff film" recordings of a young female being
raped and/or tortured. These SPOOKS were able to easily hack into our
telephone line to advance me this horrible warning to back off in our
Wendy's "finger-in-the-Chili" investigation. I did not heed it, however!
Suspiciously, my daughter---who has been perfectly healthy all her
life---was suddenly soon thereafter diagnosed with a rare blood clotting
disease [medical records prove this]. So far, she has survived this
disease but with much suffering. Ted Gunderson and I believe the
SPOOKS who threatened me with the female scream-recording and
Satanic chanting GOT TO HER somehow and caused the blood disease.
Law Enforcement agencies at the State and Federal levels were notified
about this gassing as they were also apprised of my torture complaint. No
action was ever taken by Federal and State of Nevada authorities to
investigate or prosecute the perpetrators (i.e., the hired "hit team") of this
domestic terrorism. Upright Americans are being attacked, tortured and
killed under color of law and yet no justice appears to be possible.
