The corrupt California...and... the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles want me to open this
letter that is addressed to a U.S. government-created "person" and corporate franchise which I
cannot do without perpetrating the felony of opening a person's mail that is not me.  Over the
last 10 years, I have sworn out many affidavits stating the true fact that this "person" is not me:
Clarence Douglas Malcolm.  Again, I am being continually coerced against my will to use this
false and fictitious name; and, this kind of forced involuntary servitude is a major felony.
