Being a retired FBI expert in crime scene analysis, I have thoroughly researched the September 11th, 2001 "911" Terror Attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon and I know and can prove it was planned, orchestrated, executed and subsequently covered-up by said "criminal element" who willfully acted in collusion and conspiracy to perpetrate this horrific "false flag" terrorism. I possess reliable information and meritorious evidence which proves that rogues within the United States government are murdering American citizens including but not limited to children, women, whistleblowers, patriots, peace officers, military personnel and other innocent people. I have accumulated much information and evidence which proves this allegation but corrupt law enforcement agencies---including but not limited to the FBI---as well as Federal and State prosecutors, continue to unlawfully refuse to investigate my criminal complaints thereby becoming themselves implicated in felony crime and conspiracy, obstruction of justice, dereliction of duty and violation of their respective oath of office. Further, I possess information indicating how outlaws working in and/or for the government have participated in other major felony crime and terrorist acts, domestic and international. Moreover, I can prove that rogue elements in government have attempted to harm or murder me on several occasions as well as one of my associates, Clarence Douglas Malcolm. All my complaints to law enforcement authorities at the local, State and Federal levels have been unlawfully ignored. As I have declared repeatedly in past affidavits: the U.S. justice system is almost totally corrupted and the uniform enforcement of the 'Rule of Law' has been virtually abandoned. The rogue element of U.S. "government" I've identified is operating predominantly as a massive organized crime syndicate and racketeering enterprise by protected individuals therein who wrongfully deem themselves to be above law.
